Can young people with no clinical experience make a positive difference to patient care in the NHS?
As part of a daring 6-week social experiment, 14 volunteers aged 18-24 are helping nurses on Royal Derby Hospital's most busiest wards.
From hourly patient checks to washing, feeding and talking to patients, some volunteers thrive whilst others find the reality of care an emotional struggle.
